The machine never contacts the rim. Twin pneumatic clamping cylinders hold the wheel from the bottom, and the demount head runs off a large-diameter hex shaft with plastic protectors so alloy finishes stay perfect. Bead-seating inflation jets are integrated right into the clamping jaws, so you seat and inflate stubborn low-profile tires without a separate cannon or bead-blaster tank.
A side-mounted bead breaker with a powerful pneumatic cylinder pops the toughest beads without hammering. Ships with pressure limiter, water separator and oiler standard.
