Synergic Pulsed MIG provides communication between the power source, feeder and gun. As wire speed increases/decreases, the pulse parameters also increase/decrease to match the right amount of power needed. XR-Aluma-Pro Plus Push-Pull Gun available in 15, 25, and 35 ft lengths for extended reach with trouble-free, reliable feeding. Gun is available in either air or water-cooled versions. Alumination technology allows use of extended reach push-pull gun for consistent, versatile and dependable aluminum wire feeding. D-74 MPa Plus Dual Wire Feeder With this versatile feeder, you can set up one side for soft wires (aluminum) while maintaining the ability to push a variety of hard wires on the other, saving time and money. S-74 MPa Plus Single Feeder is also available. SharpArc technology fine tunes puddle fluidity in Pulsed MIG (GMAW-P) welding. Profile Pulse Achieve stacked dime weld bead appearance without back-stepping. Synergic one-knob control makes adjustments easy. Set the wire feed speed control and the system handles the rest. Exceptional electrical efficiency. At 400A, efficiency is 87.24%! 350 A of welding output at 60% duty cycle with superior low-end performance. Power factor of .95 enables smaller fuses/ breakers and primary wiring. Primary amperage draw at rated output is 25% less than the competition. Ultra-tough, polycarbonate-blended cover for control panel protects front controls from damage. Dual feeder capable so you can always have two wires ready as particular jobs change, saving time and money with less set-up. Auto-Line Power Management Technology allows for any input voltage hook-up (208 575 V) with no manual linking required, providing convenience in any job setting. Ideal solution for dirty or unreliable power. Fan-On-Demand cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through machine. Line Voltage Compensation keeps welding output constant even if input power varies by +/- 10%. 350 MPa models further expand line voltage compensation on 460 VAC to an amazing +37%,-59%.
